UWG began with a simple idea: bring builders closer to the factories. From investment-backed factory acquisitions to a growing global network, UWG continues to expand with one clear mission — delivering better products, faster service, and greater value to builders everywhere.
2021
UWG founding team, with the support of Futurity Invest, a private investment firm, acquired factories with more than a decade of experience serving as OEM suppliers for leading U.S. building material retail chains.
2022
UWG focuses on wood building products, redefining the traditional trading structures by leveraging digital platforms to acquire customers and complete orders online.
January 2023
UWG have established a distributed, one-stop operating model and continue to diversify their core product offerings, with the goal of delivering factory-direct products and services to builders.
December 2023
UWG successfully operates multiple Alibaba storefronts and have been recognized as industry leaders by Alibaba.
March 2024
UWG have established new door manufacturing facilities in Fujian and Zhejiang, China, with combined plant areas covering over 20 acres.
May 2025
UWG are actively developing a major production base in Vietnam, spanning nearly 30 acres, which has been included in the local government’s five-year economic development plan.
September 2025
UWG are starting to build their local supply and service network in the United States by establishing warehouses and offices in California, Texas, and Oklahoma.
