Production takes about 45 days. Shipping takes around 30 days to the West Coast, 40 to the Midland, and 50 to the East Coast — so total lead time is around 3 months.

For in-stock items, we require 3–5 business days for preparation after order placement. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a confirmation email with a QR code and pickup instructions. You can then visit your nearest warehouse to collect your goods.

Yes we can, if the quantity is reach to one 20ft or 40ft container, we can ship directly to your receiving address, we will handle all the import procedures for you, including sea shipment, customs clearance and domestic truck delivery etc., you can just waiting the goods coming.

Sure, we are happy to provide free samples. Standard samples can go out right away — usually delivered within a week. Custom samples take about two extra weeks.

The samples are free, you just cover the shipping, which is usually a few dozen bucks.

Yes, we provide full DDP service to all U.S. locations. And we'll take care of shipment, custom clearance and truck delivery for you. You only need to wait for receiving.

Our in-stock products are currently available as prehung doors. For preorder projects, we also offer KD (knock-down) and slab door options. Please contact us to discuss available configurations and find the best solution for your project.

Our doors are supplied as prehung units with hinges already installed on the frame. However, door locks and other lock hardware are not included.
